inpay A/S [“ inpay”] has been awarded TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe's program requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. TRUSTe's mission, as an independent third party, is to accelerate online trust among consumers and organizations globally through its leading privacy trustmark and innovative trust solutions. This Statement applies exclusively to the Site www.inpay.com . By using the Site, you are expressing your consent to the privacy policies disclosed below in this Statement. “Personal Information” refers to information that can be used to identify an individual such as a name, or email.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes information regarding the domain of the User visiting our Site. This information includes ip address, referring urls’ and the pages a visitor visits while on our Site. We use this non-personal information to improve the Site functionality on our Site, as well as to manage the preferences you specify during your use of our Site.

We also employ the use of cookies when you interact with our Site. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to indicate whether you have visited the Site previously. These cookies are not tied to any personal information you submit while on our Site.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs): Our third-party chat service provider employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.

We collect certain personal information on our Site when you select to request information from us about our Service. This includes, your name, email address, phone number, whether the request for information is from a “merchant,” or a “shopper.” We also request other preferential information from merchants and potential affiliates such as business name to fulfill the request for information. We may also provide Aggregated Information to third parties. Such information will not include personal information of any customer or visitor.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will contact you before we use your data for these new purposes to notify you of the policy change and to provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
