If you as a client with Inpay wish to raise a complaint you can contact our Complaints Officer, who will respond to your complaint within three (3) business days.

The Complaints Officer will investigate your complaint to get a precise view on the situation, solve any potential issues with input from the Account Manager and will, if required contact you for further details regarding the complaint.
